Outdoor Zumba Class at the Parks

Service Description

Join us for the Spring Series of One Rule Dance Fitness at the Parks. We're going to Zumba on Saturday mornings from 10 - 1045 am. We will meet in front of the Whole Foods on the Turf. Marketplace Plaza: 7175 12th Street NW Classes are 45 minutes and $10. You can use a class on your pass or pay $10! Classes start with a slower warm-up, build intensity throughout the hour, and end with a cool-down. No dance experience or skills are needed - the choreography is meant to be repetitive and easy to follow. Bring yourself, a water bottle, and maybe some sun screen - there is limited shade!
