How do I get there / Is there parking near the Yoga Heights?

The studio is ~3 blocks from the Petworth metro (green and yellow) and there are busses. Street parking on Georgia Ave is rough but look on side streets!

What if I'm late?

Alert! A big perk for the folks working at Yoga Heights is that they get to take free classes. That means that they will lock the door about 2 minutes after classes start. SO! To not get locked out please be on time and/or register in advance so I know to look for you! 

 

What do I wear / bring? 

Workout clothes and shoes. Plan to sweat! Also, please bring water!

Are kids allowed? 

Kids 10 and up are allowed at Yoga Heights if they want to dance with us. All ages are welcome for any outdoor Sunday classes.
