About Our Class
We believe that in Zumba there are no such thing as mistakes, only unanticipated solos.
Turn life off for an hour while building balance, coordination, agility, and, dare we say, overall happiness. We start the hour with a warm-up, then build intensity throughout the class and top off with a cool down and a congratulations.
No dance experience or skills are needed - the choreography is meant to be repetitive and easy to follow. Just bring yourself and a water bottle!
Classes are Monday (630 pm), Wednesday (8 pm) and Sunday mornings (930 am).
$20 for drop-in or you can buy a 3-month 10-class pass for $150
